Daniel now weighs 8 lbs, 3 oz & is 20 1/2 inches long. He is growing so fast! He continues to be a night owl, which means he goes to sleep around midnight each night. Thankfully, he gets up only every 3 hours to eat. He is up around 8 or 9am & tends to not nap for more than an hour at a time (if that) until the early evening. Some days he's more fussy than others for unknown reasons (so far anyways). For the most part, he is a very happy baby. He continues to be a tremendous joy to both Eddie & I. We are so incredibly blessed to have him in our life.
On Independence Day, we took him for his first official outing. We all went to my parents house to celebrate the holiday. He did wonderfully & his grandparents, aunts, & uncle all enjoyed the visit. Grandma even watched him so Eddie & I could get a boat ride in on Lake Lanier! That was wonderful!
We are looking forward to seeing Daniel's Abuelita (& hopefully Tia Patty) in August!
