A Visit to California

A couple Saturdays ago, we got up bright & early to fly to California to visit family & friends. It was the first trip back since we moved to Georgia in 2007. Eddie's Mom & sister, Patty picked us up at the airport. From there, we headed to In-N-Out for the best hamburger & fries anywhere. If you have tried In-N-Out, you will probably agree there is no substitute.
We stayed with Eddie's mom for the entire trip. Not only did she allow us to stay with her, she also hosted a wonderful baby shower (along with Patty) for us the next day. It was a wonderful shower & we were blessed with many gifts from friends & family.


As for the rest of the week, some of the things we did:


Eddie's favorite sushi bar (No, I didn't eat the sushi, but their tempura & chicken is great!)


Disneyland

visited with friends


went to the beach

visited with family

As you can see, our visit was packed, but we had a lot of fun. So until next time, I will leave you with some pretty scenery photos from our trip.
